LAC BISTROT
The project name contains a reference to the French word lac, meaning lake, which evokes smoothness, depth, and reflection. The concept of the establishment combines history and textures. The basis for this decision was the location of the project: in the 19th century, the site of the LUCKY residential complex was home to a paint and varnish factory owned by the Mamontov brothers, a well-known Russian merchant dynasty.
The restaurant's concept is based on four components: texture, taste, sensations, and sounds. In every element—from the dishes to the interior details—we seek to achieve a balance between these combinations.
The menu features familiar dishes, flavors we've known since childhood, and those we've grown accustomed to. We select seasonal ingredients, cook over an open fire, and emphasize and preserve the natural taste of the product.

In Russia, Valery has worked on some high-profile Moscow projects: L.E.S. (Michelin Guide 2023), Beluga, Krasota, Zhirok, and 4rest.

The wine list includes 159 items: from France and Spain to Russia. The balance between well-known wines and niche producers such as Oskar Maurer and Ca' di Mat allows every guest to find something to their taste, from familiar favorites to new discoveries.
